This guide provides step-by-step instructions — from accessing the Ambassador Library, selecting content, posting correctly, to handling customer inquiries.


OBJECTIVES OF THE POSTING WORKFLOW

The KÜ KÜCHEN Ambassador posting workflow is designed to:

  • Help Ambassadors get started easily, without requiring complex marketing knowledge

  • Ensure consistent, professional brand representation

  • Increase trust and consultation effectiveness through real experiences

  • Minimize risks related to incorrect information, pricing, or policies


STEP 1: ACCESS THE AMBASSADOR LIBRARY

Ambassadors can access the Ambassador Library through one of the following methods:

  • Scan the QR code provided by KÜ KÜCHEN German

  • Or access directly via the Ambassador Library link

Once accessed, Ambassadors will see the complete official KÜ KÜCHEN content library, organized clearly and designed for easy use.


STEP 2: UNDERSTAND THE STRUCTURE OF THE AMBASSADOR LIBRARY

The Ambassador Library is divided into two main content categories:

1. PRODUCT CATEGORY

This is the section Ambassadors will use most frequently for posting.

  • Each product has its own dedicated folder

  • Inside each product folder, you will find:

    • Content: sample posts and caption suggestions

    • Images: brand-approved product images

    • Videos: product introduction or experience videos

👉 Ambassadors may use this content directly to post quickly and in full brand compliance.


2. BRAND CATEGORY

The Brand category contains official reference materials from KÜ KÜCHEN German, including:

  • Price list

  • Regulatory and disclosure documents

Do not edit, alter, or modify any content in this section.

Within the selected product folder, Ambassadors should:

  • Download images or videos to their phone or computer

Important note:
❌ Do not take screenshots of images or videos in the library to avoid quality loss.


STEP 5: PERSONALIZE THE CONTENT

Ambassadors may:

  • Use the sample content as-is

  • Or adjust the wording to better match their personal communication style

In addition to content from the Ambassador Library, KÜ KÜCHEN German encourages Ambassadors to:

  • Record their own videos featuring KÜ KÜCHEN products

  • Take their own photos of KÜ KÜCHEN products

  • Share real usage experiences to increase authenticity and trust

Mandatory conditions:

  • All shared content must be truthful and accurate

  • Product benefits must not be exaggerated

Posting on all platforms is not required.
