1. Pick-up at Showroom

Customers can visit our official showroom at: Ground Floor, Arya Plaza, Rizal Drive corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Manila, Philippines
Here, you can select products, make payment, and receive your order directly at the store.

2. Free Nationwide Delivery

KÜ KÜCHEN provides free delivery across the Philippines (excluding certain accessory items).
To order, simply call our hotline: +63 981 655 5666 or place an order via our website kuchen.ph or our fanpage https://www.facebook.com/Kuchenkitchen.Philippines – your product will be delivered straight to your preferred address.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers living outside Metro Manila, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
With COD, you can pay the courier directly after checking and receiving your product.

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Manila: 1 – 4 working days
  • Other areas: 3 – 8 working days (depending on location and courier conditions)
  • In special cases (such as natural disasters, restrictions, or other force majeure events), delivery times may be extended. KÜ KÜCHEN will notify customers in advance if delays occur.

5. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to check the condition of the product upon receipt.
