Water Gating Filtration Technology
Water Gating is an advanced air filtration and humidification technology developed by Kuchen. It works like covering your mouth with a damp cloth in a smoke-filled environment, using a special water membrane to capture harmful particles, dust, and protect the respiratory system.
Mechanism: The filter contains hundreds of millions of ultra-fine PP fibers forming a water membrane. Air passes through this membrane, and pollutants are trapped in the water. The Water Gating membrane has a multi-layer structure: the top layer is sparse for more air-water contact (enhancing humidification), while the bottom layer is dense to capture ultra-fine particles, including PM 0.1 and nano-sized dust, as well as harmful gases.

Humidity Free Cold Evaporation Technology
Humidity Free uses natural evaporation principles to add moisture without creating visible mist. When dry air contacts the Water Gating membrane, water molecules evaporate into the air naturally, without heat or ultrasonic mist.
Principles:
Natural Evaporation: Moisture moves from the wet membrane to dry air to balance humidity
Mist-Free Operation: Water evaporates at a molecular level (≈0.3 nm), invisible and evenly dispersed, unlike ultrasonic or boiling humidifiers that produce large visible droplets (2–10 μm)
Optimized Membrane Structure: Sparse top layer increases surface area for faster evaporation, achieving rapid and efficient humidification
