WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY – KÜ KÜCHEN PHILIPPINES

1. Warranty Conditions

The product must be a genuine item officially distributed by Kuchen Philippines.

The warranty seal/label must remain intact and must not be torn, removed, or altered.

The damage must not fall under the “Warranty Exclusions” listed below.
2. Warranty Period
-
The warranty period is calculated from the purchase date stated on the customer’s invoice and/or the activation date via Kuchen’s electronic warranty system.

In all cases, the warranty period shall not exceed the maximum duration calculated from the manufacturing date printed on the product.

The specific warranty period varies depending on each product category.
Warranty services include:

Kuchen will provide free repair, replacement of parts, or product replacement depending on the type of defect, at Kuchen’s discretion.

For replacement products, the warranty period will continue based on the remaining warranty period of the original product.
In case of missing purchase invoice or electronic warranty activation:

Warranty period = Manufacturing date + Standard warranty period + 6 months.
Warranty for replacement parts:
-
Replacement parts are covered by a 3-month (90-day) warranty.

If the remaining warranty period of the original product is longer than 3 months, the replacement part will be covered for the remaining warranty period.

If the remaining warranty period of the original product is less than 3 months, the replacement part will be covered for 3 months from the replacement date.
3. Warranty Processing Time

Metro Manila Service Center: within 3–5 working days from the date the product is received.

Other provinces (shipping to Manila): within 7–10 working days.

In special cases, the processing time may be longer; Kuchen will contact the customer directly.
4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Services

Product replacement: Kuchen covers round-trip shipping costs.
-
Warranty repair: Kuchen covers the return shipping cost to the customer.

Paid service (out-of-warranty repair): Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Note: This shipping policy applies only when customers send products directly to the Kuchen Service Center in the Metro Manila area.
5. Warranty Exclusions (Cases Not Covered by Warranty)
Kuchen will refuse warranty service in the following cases:

The product is out of warranty.

Normal wear and tear of parts, unless caused by manufacturing defects.

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, stains, cracks, breakage, deformation, etc.) without an unboxing video recorded during the delivery process.

Damage caused by the use of non-genuine Kuchen accessories or incompatible third-party devices.
-
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to liquids, fire, or other external impacts.
-
Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or installation by service centers not authorized by Kuchen.
-
Serial numbers, manufacturer codes, or warranty seals that have been altered, removed, or counterfeited.
For cases outside the warranty scope, Kuchen may still provide repair services; however, all associated costs shall be borne by the customer.
