Crispy Potatoes with Paprika Dip using Air Fryer KU PCB1128

Ingredients
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon spicy paprika powder
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 150 ml Greek yoghurt
- Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the KÜCHEN Air Fryer KU PCB1128 to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes.
Soak the potato cubes in water for at least 30 minutes to help create a crispier texture. Drain well and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Step 2: Season the Potatoes
In a large bowl, combine:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- spicy paprika powder
- black pepper
Add the potatoes and toss well until evenly coated.
Step 3: Air Fry with KU PCB1128
Place the potatoes into the basket of the KÜCHEN Air Fryer KU PCB1128 in a single layer for even cooking.
Air fry at 180°C for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Shake the basket or turn the potatoes halfway through cooking for the best texture.
Step 4: Prepare the Yoghurt Dip
In a small bowl, mix:
- Greek yoghurt
- remaining olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle a little paprika powder on top for extra flavor.
Step 5: Serve
Transfer the crispy paprika potatoes to a serving plate and season lightly with salt.
Serve with the creamy Greek yoghurt dip.
Perfect as a snack, side dish, or paired with grilled steak, kebabs, or roasted meat dishes.
