Teriyaki Steak with Hasselback Potatoes
You can easily cook an excellent steak in the Airfryer. Hasselback potatoes add a fun and playful touch to the dish, making it especially enjoyable for kids to prepare and eat.

Ingredients
- 2 steaks
- 4 medium potatoes
- 200 g snow peas
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Ketjap Manis sauce
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice the steaks into strips and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, and Ketjap Manis.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Wash the snow peas. Slice the onion into half rings.
- Toss all the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Peel the potatoes and slice a thin piece off the bottom so they sit flat. Make thin, evenly spaced cuts across the top of each potato, without slicing all the way through.
- Brush olive oil between the cuts and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the Küchen Air Fryer to 190°C and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Push the potatoes to one side of the basket, then add the marinated steak and vegetables.
- Cook everything together at 200°C for another 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.
