Teriyaki Steak with Hasselback Potatoes

You can easily cook an excellent steak in the Airfryer. Hasselback potatoes add a fun and playful touch to the dish, making it especially enjoyable for kids to prepare and eat.

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 200 g snow peas
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • Ketjap Manis sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Slice the steaks into strips and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, and Ketjap Manis.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Wash the snow peas. Slice the onion into half rings.
  3. Toss all the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Peel the potatoes and slice a thin piece off the bottom so they sit flat. Make thin, evenly spaced cuts across the top of each potato, without slicing all the way through.
  5. Brush olive oil between the cuts and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Preheat the Küchen Air Fryer to 190°C and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  7. Push the potatoes to one side of the basket, then add the marinated steak and vegetables.
  8. Cook everything together at 200°C for another 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.
